Meet our Director of Compliance

Delaina Blade serves as Peritus’ Director of Compliance. She is responsible for leading Peritus' compliance with federal and state laws, regulation, and company policies.

Delaina formulates and implements company policies and procedures ensuring they are communicated and executed on throughout the organization. Delaina oversees Peritus Compliance Board Oversight Committee which monitors compliance risk management and internal complaint reporting program. Furthermore, she conducts internal compliance audits, maintains Peritus' licensing in all 50 states and ensures training of all employees.
