Meet our Director of Compliance

Rhonda Edwards serves as Peritus’ Director of Compliance. She is responsible for leading the internal processes for promoting and ensuring Peritus’ compliance with federal and state laws, regulation and company polices. Rhonda formulates and implements company policies and procedures ensuring that they are communicated throughout the organization. Rhonda oversees Peritus Compliance Board Oversight Committee which monitors compliance risk management and internal complaint reporting program. Furthermore, she conducts internal compliance audits, maintains Peritus’ licensing in all 50 states and ensures training of all employees.
